At present, we are only accepting bookings for groups who belong to the same household. Please see Checkpoints and Travel permit for further details.
A 20% down-payment is required to finalize your booking. This must be settled 3 days after your booking is tentatively confirmed. Strictly no down-payment, no booking.Re-booking is subject to our Cancellation Policy (see below).
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Remaining balance is settled upon check-in.All other charges incurred during your stay will be settled upon check-out. Cashless payments are highly encouraged.
Senior/PWD Discounts do not apply on promo and package rates.
Kids under 3 years old are not counted.
If your group falls below the required minimum pax number, the equivalent total of the minimum pax will apply.
For day and night swim bookings, please note that the same rate applies to all guests, whether are not they decide to swim. We do not have combination bookings, i.e. different rate for swimmers and non-swimmers.
At present, we do not have a "farm entrance only" rate - referring to groups who would like to enter the farm without availing our guided tour packages or other amenities such as camping, swimming, and overnight. We also do not accept walk-in. This is due to the given pandemic situation and the exclusivity of our rates.
Domestic helpers and/or chaperones are counted as part of the total pax number. For safety reasons, we do not allow persons to sleep inside cars (or other open areas in the farm) for overnight bookings.
Pets are welcome. Be sure to keep your pet(s) under your supervision at all times. For well-being of our guests, staff, other animals, plants, and gardens, be sure to keep your pet(s) on a leash and under your supervision at all times. If damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, we may charge for additional services and repairs.
We usually take pictures of our guests because we want to cherish your time with us. By pursuing your booking, you grant Diaspora Farm Resort permission to take your photos during your stay at our farm. This includes using your photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms for marketing purposes. If you feel uncomfortable regarding this matter, please notify us prior or during your visit so that we will refrain from taking pictures.
Safety protocols and guidelines
Since Diaspora Farm Resort is also our residential home, when we take care of you, we take care of our family too. Please always bring your sanitizers, wear facemasks, and practice social distancing. Visitors are required to log-in on our guest book upon entry. Each guest will be subjected to temperature screening. Those with a temperature of 37.4°C or over, fever, dry cough, sore throat or respiratory issues shall be asked to stay in our isolation area as required by the national government.
Other health and safety protocols include putting in place alcohol dispensers around the farm and resort areas; disinfecting rooms before and after guest use by staff in proper PPE uniforms; and regularly cleaning our lap pool with chlorine. Though we still accept cash, we highly encourage cashless payments via GCASH and BPI bank deposit. Payment options will be sent once your booking is confirmed. To eliminate customer touch points, we no longer offer regular buffets. Blue-plate is instead preferred. In rare cases, we may offer managed/new buffet where there are servers to portion out the food, subject to discussion.
Upon reopening after our temporary closure due to COVID-19, we decided to book one group at a time for the safety of our guests and our staff. If ever we accept double bookings, it is ensured that group activities take place in separate areas (e.g. day swim in the resort, and farm tours at the farm area).
No double-booking means accepting a smaller number of groups compared to our usual operations. Thus, a cancelled reservation without proper prior notice gravely affects our sustainability as a small family farm. However, recent events have showed how erratic government policies can be and we have made adjustment to our policies to accommodate these.
In the event that you have to move or cancel a reservation, we sincerely request that you inform us at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. This gives us ample time to find another group to fill your slot. Otherwise, the 20% down payment is considered non-refundable and non-rebookable. However, if the cancellation is due to reasons related to COVID-19 (i.e. sickness, changes in quarantine status, new imposition of travel restrictions, and vaccine schedules), these policies are waived and we will gladly refund your down payment. If you prefer to rebook, this will be subject to availability of dates.
If you do not agree with these terms, please let us know prior to settling your down payment.
You may want to bring a mosquito spray when you come, especially for late afternoon and night visits.
For farm tours, suggested attire for kids are leggings, especially if your child is sensitive to grass. We usually provide straw hats and umbrellas in case of warm weather or rain but you may also bring your own.
Again, please bring face masks and hand sanitizers for your safety.
Pets are allowed but subject to our terms and conditions.
